Chelsea Walk
To order excursion
If you've been to London before and know it rather well, let's explore a little bit further- to a place called Chelsea.
It is a very sophisticated area stretching along the Thames. It is associated with a manor of Henry VIII and of Thomas Moore. I will show you the house where Oscar Wilde lived and a flat of Kate Middleton and the Royal Hospital founded by Charles II in 1682 as a nursing home for some 300 retired British soldiers. Chelsea is also the birth place of British fashion. Mary Quant invented the mini skirt here and Vivienne Westwood opened her first shop.
